Edelgard has Escha's old role. Shiraishi's one of the other Cockblockers. And for a while I thought it was Illumi, but Grune has the other Cockblocker role. So we're missing your partner, and the other Booty Caller...and wherever Izuminokami's role is shifting to.

...I haven't quite matched the names up to what they do yet. Remind me what all of those are?

Oh - is that why Edelgard brought Katy up? Because she knew she could take her place if we were wrong...?

Cockblockers are our protective roles. The Booty Caller speaks to the dead. All of the roles seem to work a little differently even if they have similar rules. That's what I'm finding out.

But, more likely, Edelgard probably slept with Katy and knew that if Katy was picked she'd be saved. That's how Edelgard's works. It's also why Escha tried to frame Tamamo.
