[As much as she hates to see Prompto and even Monika gone after this, it's better than four bodies. Yeah, the hosts all came back, but still. That trial was chaos.]
But I suppose we're in for it again next weekend too. Don't like that.
...Right. I kind of wonder why we came here in the first place, though. Like - obviously the demons want us here so they can mess with us, but they weren’t here in the first place. If it was the people who came here before us... I’ve been told they don’t like us, so why bring us?
Is there some third party we don't know about? That'd make sense, right? Someone who's got a vested interest in getting rid of this demon, that's on our side.
Well... If it was just the demon, why give us any sort of edge? What's the point of this crap with the trials and the rules? Demons are supposed to be about chaos and shit, aren't they?

[She leans against the railing, glancing out at the ocean for a few moments before she looks back to Katy.]
Right. Even through all the bullshit it tried to toss at us... We did pretty good, I'd say.
[While she doesn't comment on the last statement, her expression grows more sympathetic.]

[Even that thought makes her pause and drag in a breath, shaking her head.]
Kind of crazy that that's already become our standard, isn't it?

Oh, I don't see that happening again. Why would it? We have no reason to start killing each other.
[haha... ha...]

[Oops.]

I'm not sure they'd be allowed. Don't the rules say it's one per week?
[She's flipping open her clamshell to check the wording.]

[Even though she has 0 trust in that.]

[She shrugs.]
Right now, I think they still apply to the demons, but who can say?

[Even if that's what she's anticipating.]

What do you mean, they don't like us?

[She pauses to think about it. When she speaks, she's a little bit curious.]
Maybe, but - why do you think so?

...I wonder if it was some kind of system the last group set up. If not - where did it come from?
