Eventually though, they get to Beck's room and he stares at the door while he waits for her to open it.] It's...[Well. May as well be honest.] It's kind of been a while. So. Yeah.

[How does he keep making himself come off as awkward...]

[She gives him a curious look at the first thing he says, but it’s the second she comments on.]

You don’t have to be nervous, I promise. It’ll be fine.

[She waves her clamshell in front of the lock, twisting the doorknob open and beckoning him in.]

[Easy for her to say. As far as he's concerned girls are always good at sex but he might also be biased. There's a dubious sort of look as he follows her, closing the door behind them and already heading through. He's not quite heading straight for the bed even though they're literally here to fuck, but he's trying to relax.]

I am not nervous. I'm just...okay, fine, whatever maybe I am. [Ughhh. He's just not going to look at her as he picks up his strides toward the bed more purposefully now.]

[She walks with him, but:]

[Sleeping with someone who isn't Akane is still such a weird thought. Then again, sleeping with people to survive is also weird but in the grand scheme of things this almost feels like it's par for the course. So. He gives her a small smile to prove he is absolutely not freaking out.] Though this is sort of a first.

[He's not giving her a verbal response, but apparently he's not as shy and awkward about this as he's been giving off. The moment she moves he immediately meets her for that kiss, shifting closer and leaning forward to close the distance. A hand comes up to cup the back of her head and for now his other free hand stays on the bed next to them.

Kissing's fine. He's got the kissing thing down and once it starts he's easily falling into it. Thanks for shutting him up, Beck.]

[She makes a noise of pleasure, muffled by the kiss. When she breaks away a few seconds later, it's only so she can strip off her tank top - though if he's looking, he might see some black lettering stretching across her waist.

At the very least, she doesn't seem to have noticed it yet.]

[It's fine? Surely this is fine and the nice thing about Junpei is that he's good at following instructions. Or, in this case, mimicking. There's a sound that's almost a protest when she pulls away but he kind of shuts up once he sees where this is going. Stripping. Stripping is good? He can absolutely wait five seconds for this and though the lettering is there he doesn't immediately spot it either.

Instead, he's back to her mouth, deepening the kiss for a short time before pulling off to trail his way down the side of her neck and to her shoulder, one hand sliding up over her waist and teeth carefully taking her bra strap in his mouth to pull it off of her shoulder. He looks up at her though and it's a playful sort of glance, nothing serious but relaxed as his hand continues moving upward.

...that's about the point he stops it though, hand somewhere around her ribs and mouth still pressed to her collarbone as he looks at the letters curiously.]

[Her breath grows heavier as he presses his lips to hers again. Her hands move to his waist as her fingers dip below the waistband of his jeans, and she bites her lip as she feels his mouth moving down her neck. By the time her bra strap is in his mouth, she's reaching down to unbuckle his pants, but—

She laughs when she hears him talk, a low noise, and her only response is:]

[Her confusion might make sense, given the fact that the words written on her skin aren't something most people would willingly choose for a tattoo:

I've been lying about my father being dead.]

[There's a sharp inhale through his nose the second her fingers disappear below his waistband and he's well-aware of the sound of his own breath and the way he's responding to her hands. There's another draw of his mouth against the top of her breast even while his hand moves to remove any clothing in the way to read the rest of the words.

...huh. He's not exactly stopping what he's doing but it's definitely slower now even while he keeps his voice in that same low murmur.]

...funny's one word for it, yeah. [It's not exactly judgmental, but there's definitely a curious tinge to the tone.]

[It's hard not to notice the shift, and she slows as well, leaning back slightly so she can look at him.]

What is it?

[He shakes his head.]

Don't worry about it right now? It's...probably nothing. [But she pulls back and it gives him a moment to do so as well, shifting to slip out of his own shirt. Unbeknownst to him, there's a small scrawl of letters written right along his side across his ribs. They're a little hard to see under his arm though.]

[She seems uncertain, but she doesn't protest again. Instead, she shifts so she's laying on her back, reaching down to start taking her jeans off.

Despite that, though, she's glancing at his ribs to see if she can get a better look at what's written there as he moves.]

[Down she goes and he's up to make pants-removal easier. It means his arms are stretching to balance himself and he bends down to kiss her again. It also means that the letters are much easier to read now that his arm's moved.

He's also trying to balance himself enough to use one hand to slip under her back and unclasp her bra which means he's 100% distracted from noticing she can see everything.]

[She sees it, but she doesn't comment on it; it occurs to her fairly quickly that it must have something to do with what he said about her having a tattoo, and part of her wants to look and sees what hers says, but...

Instead, she finishes unbuttoning her jeans, pulling them off her legs and using her free hands to come up and settle on his neck. Softly, murmured against his lips:]

Junpei...

[He's not sure what it is. He's not sure if it's the way she looks under him or how this place is getting to him or the stress of everything or if it's really as simple as the way she says his name. He doesn't comment on it, giving her another kiss before he's using his knees to stay steady. His own hands move to finish what she started, fingers fumbling with the buckle of his belt and vaguely cursing his stupid jeans for being as tight as they are.

Whatever. Maybe now isn't the time to add another problem to his list, and instead of pressing her about those words or even commenting on it, he's settling back down once he's stripped down to his own underwear.]

Tell me where to go from here. I've been told I'm a fast learner. [There's another flash of a grin, and he barely gives her time to answer before he catches her lips in a kiss, one hand sneaking between them and back over her hips. The only thing that currently matters right now is what comes next.]

[Well.

Breathing deeply, she scoots over enough that he has ample room on the bed next to her. It's only when she hears the ping that she looks over at him, curious, even though she doesn't say anything just yet.]
